My stay at The Fives Downtown Hotel had its ups and downs. The rooftop pool was amazing, and the location was perfect, just a block from 5th Avenue. However, I faced some issues with customer service and inconsistent experiences regarding the all-inclusive dining options. Overall, the staff's warm demeanor made a difference, but there were definitely areas that need improvement. 🤷♂️🌴
